Upon full payment, final approved deliverables become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed. Galaxy Services Regd retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Galaxy Services Regd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific financial results, rankings, or business outcomes.

Either party may terminate services in writing. Any outstanding payments for completed work must be settled before termination is finalized.

Clients agree to contact Galaxy Services Regd before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized disputes without prior communication may result in suspension of services and recovery actions.
