Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Galaxy Services Regd provides digital services including branding, website development, digital marketing, and online business solutions. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. No Physical Returns

As we do not sell physical products, no physical returns are applicable. All services and digital deliverables are provided electronically.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not yet been started after payment confirmation.
  • If a duplicate payment has been made due to technical error.
  • If Galaxy Services Regd is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once project work has commenced.
  • After delivery of initial concepts, drafts, or development work.
  • For completed monthly marketing or SEO services.
  • For delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete information.
  • If the client changes their mind after project initiation.

5. Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled after partial work completion, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion. The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting work completed, consultation time, administrative costs, and transaction fees.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email including payment details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact Galaxy Services Regd directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in permanent service suspension.
